Astoundingly good Pizza “Contemporanea”, fresh pasta, antipasti agogo and delectable dolci from our native Italian epicuristo, all go towards making your stay with us as laid back and comforting as possible.

Every day our chef and the team, create our springy, unctuous dough using contemporary techniques - allowing it to mature for at least 24 hours, then cooking in a traditional Neapolitan oven.

Local ingredients.

It is our mission over the next few months to revolutionise how we source and use our ingredients. We’re passionate about “Il bel paese” (‘the beautiful country’) but wherever possible we’re aiming to reduce our carbon footprint by finding local producers for the kitchen. This means local flour mill cooperatives, growing our own basil in what we hope will be a successful kitchen garden here in Narberth and reaching out to Welsh cheesemakers.
